PDF blur or heavy import
- Zoom the source PDF at the same point. If it is blurred already, fix the source.
- Save Project, choose Document → PDF image quality → Ultra, then reimport for a detail test. Changing the selector alone does not regenerate pages.
- For a lighter import try Standard and a short PDF; keep the tab open until completion.
- Load PDF replaces work. Use Pages → + PDF to append.
Links do not open
- Test in Full preview; the editor selects areas instead of following their links.
- If a PRO notice appears check your Account plan.
- Open the destination directly, then use Interactive content → Edit target to fix the URL.
- Use Edit area if the rectangle is wrong. Send overlapping decorative elements Backward.
- Check numeric Target page after page-order changes.
Video error
- Use a public YouTube/Vimeo URL, not a local MP4 path.
- If Studio rejects the address, use the provider’s normal public video link.
- Test in Full preview and the online result. A provider’s embedding restriction cannot be fixed by redrawing the rectangle.
Missing pages or old online content

Useful support details
Include the command used, browser/OS, exact error and affected page. If possible provide a non-confidential sample PDF or public URL. Do not disclose Account ID or private documents.
