You remain responsible for the documents, images, videos, links, text and other content you use with FLIPBOOKPRO Studio. You must have the necessary rights or permissions to use and publish that content.

You may not use FLIPBOOKPRO Studio to create or distribute unlawful, infringing, deceptive, malicious or harmful content, including malware, phishing or fraud.

Publications may contain links or embedded content from third-party services. Globosoft Srl does not control those third-party destinations and is not responsible for their availability, content, privacy practices or security.
6. FREE and PRO versions
Some features may be available only in the PRO version. Limits and feature availability may change as the product evolves. The FREE version may include FLIPBOOKPRO branding and other limitations described within the application.
7. Availability and changes
We may update, modify or discontinue parts of FLIPBOOKPRO Studio in order to improve functionality, security or compatibility.
8. No warranty
FLIPBOOKPRO Studio is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. Keep backup copies of important source files and exported projects.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Globosoft Srl is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses resulting from the use of or inability to use the service.

Use of the website and Studio is also subject to the Privacy Policy.
