Save projects, append pages and change page order

What each Pages command copies, inserts or removes, and how to resume work from a .pdfinflip file.

1. Save and reopen the editable project

  1. Use Project → Save Project after creating/importing pages. Keep the downloaded .pdfinflip before closing the tab.
  2. Use Open Project and select that file to resume. It replaces current work, selects page 1 and clears Undo/Redo.

The file includes page images, links, elements, page metadata and visual settings. Save Flipbook is the separate command for HTML, ZIP or a hosted viewer; these outputs are not your editable project.

Pages → + BlankInserts after the selected page, using reference page dimensions.
Pages → + Image pageAppends selected images as complete pages.
  1. Expand Pages and click a page row before + Blank.
  2. Use Blank page color on the new selected blank page. It does not recolor an imported PDF or image page.

3. Duplicate, move and delete

  1. Duplicate copies the selected page immediately after it, including links and elements. Replace copied product URLs as well as photos and text.
  2. Move up / Move down swap with the adjacent page. Repeat to reach the desired order.
  3. Delete removes the page and its elements; the last remaining page cannot be deleted. Undo can restore a mistaken page edit during the session.
  4. After structural changes check Internal page destinations. Source pages are remapped, but numeric target pages need checking.

4. Resume an online edition

  1. Open the saved .pdfinflip and make your changes. Open in Online Flipbooks only opens the public viewer; it does not retrieve an editable project.
  2. Save another project copy and use Full preview.
  3. Export again or use Update on the matching hosted publication with the correct edited project open.
